Everybody loves a fast player who can get the ball to the other end of the court with extreme ease. With NBA 2K21 releasing this week, we put together this list showing how the game ranked the fastest players in the league, there are only 10 players who get all the spotlights.

1. De’Aaron Fox, Sacramento

De’Aaron Fox has been a sensation ever since coming into the NBA during the 2017 NBA Draft. One of the fastest players in today’s NBA, Fox has the ability to change the pace of the game with the blink of an eye.

Being tasked with leading the young Kings this year, they will look to finally break into the playoffs.

2. Russell Westbrook, Houston
• Speed: 96
• The speed with the ball: 96

Russell Westbrook

Russell Westbrook is undoubtedly one of the best players on his day, but has missed some time due to injury, and starts the playoffs on injured reserve.

His 27.2 PPG is his highest scoring output in the three years, but he hasn’t quite captured as many triple-doubles.

3. Jared Harper, New York

Jared Harper later played for the Phoenix Suns during the 2019 NBA Summer League in Las Vegas. He made his NBA debut coming off the bench in a 124–95 victory over the Sacramento Kings. Harper scored 31 points to go with seven assists, four rebounds, and two steals in the G League for the Northern Arizona Suns in a 120–109 loss to the Sioux Falls Skyforce.

Ja Morant is seemingly breezing to the Rookie of the Year award, and against the Spurs, it was just a continuation of that has he had himself a career day.

His 22 points may not seem like all that much, but his career day came in a different form. He posted career highs in both rebounds and assists, with seven rebounds and 14 assists.

5. Derrick White, San Antonio

Derrick White

Speed 94, holding the ball speed 88, is Popovich’s love, he should continue to be reused in the new season. Derrick White’s absolute speed is very fast, but it will be slower while holding the ball. The Spurs have already bid farewell to the GDP era, but their young backcourt is also worth looking forward to, except for White, as well as Walker and Murray, who are good seedlings.

6. Jordan Bone, Detroit

Jordan Bone was selected 57th overall in the 2019 NBA draft by the New Orleans Pelicans, who later traded him to the Detroit Pistons via the Atlanta Hawks and Philadelphia 76ers.

In 2019, Bone signed a two-way contract with the Pistons. He will split playing time between the Pistons and their NBA G League affiliate, the Grand Rapids Drive. Bone scored 22 points against the Memphis Hustle, but suffered a knee injury and missed a game.

6. Tremont Waters, Boston

Tremont Waters played for the Celtics during the 2019 NBA Summer League season and averaged 10.0 points, 5.3 assists, 2.0 rebounds, and 2.0 steals in 22.5 minutes through the first four games helping the Celtics clinch the number one seed going into the tournament.

Waters posted 30 points, seven assists, and five steals for Maine in a 120–118 triple-overtime win over the Capital City Go-Go. He averaged 18.0 points, 7.3 assists, 3.2 rebounds, and 1.89 steals per game in 36 G League games. Waters was named NBA G League Rookie of the Year.

8. John Wall, Washington

John Wall

Wall spent his full career to date with the Wizards and made five consecutive All-Star appearances between 2014 and 2018.

He is all about speed and that is reflected in this card, with all three of his top stats focusing on his speed, both with and without the ball.

9. Donovan Mitchell, Utah
• Speed: 96
• The speed with the ball: 83
• OVR: 89.5

Donovan Mitchell of the Utah Jazz is another Western Conference powerhouse to consider for such a role. His third season saw him post averages of 24 points and 4.3 assists while shooting 44.9 percent from the floor.

10. James Harden, Houston

James Harden went from the sixth man on the Oklahoma City Thunder to an absolute superstar for the Houston Rockets over the last few years.
