NBA 2K20 MyTeam adds Galaxy Opal Versions of Tacko Fall and Bol Bol
Due to COVID-19, real sports have been closed, but NBA 2k20 continues and is very active recently. NBA 2k20 MyTEAM frequently launches new cards. The latest news, NBA 2K20 MyTeam adds Galaxy Opal Versions of Tacko Fall and Bol Bol.
Brian Mazique checks in with some new NBA 2K20 MyTeam content from the new Fan Favorite packs that include three galaxy opal cards, including Tacko Fall and Bol Bol. The latter’s legendary father Manute Bol also has a Pink Diamond. There’s also a Pink Diamond Brian Scalabrine, Diamond Boban Marjanovic, and Amethyst Isaac Bonga in the set.
2K has also moved to release the ‘fan favorites’ packs for 2K players to chance their arm at. If you collect them all, you get a 200 token reward that can be used to purchase cards on the Token Market.
Tacko Fall And Bol Bol Cards Have Landed In NBA 2K20 MyTeam
Tacko Fall is an NBA basketball player for the Boston Celtics. However, he’s still relatively young and hasn’t played much for the Celtics.
However, at nearly 2.3m tall (that’s around 7ft 7inches!), Fall has become one of the most popular players within the NBA 2K20 community. His height gives players a big advantage, especially in MyTeam mode, where he can be used to bully players to get buckets.
Previously, though, Tacko Fall was only available as a ruby player. While useful, it’s not quite the same as having some of the pink diamond or lucrative galaxy opal cards in the game. Now, Tacko Fall gets himself a galaxy opal in NBA 2K20 MyTeam.
Fall has a 78 three-point rating, which is augmented by having Thon Maker’s ultra-smooth jump shot motion.
He has a 99 block rating, as well as 97 interior defense, and 98 rebounds on offense and defense. He’s also not quite as slow as you may think. Fall has a 70-speed rating which seems much faster because he takes up so much space.
Bol Bol, who is 7'2", might be even tougher to handle.
His block rating is 97 and he also has 95 rebounding marks on offense and defense. However, he is much faster than Fall (80 speed and 79 speed with the ball), has Kristaps Porzingis’ jump shot, and a 91 three-point rating.
How to get Tacko Fall and Bol Bol?
There are two ways to get the Galaxy Opal Fall and Bol Bol cards. You can pull them in the Fan Favorite packs currently available for seven days in the pack market, or you can grab them at the auction house.
That catch comes in the form of needing to spend either VC (virtual currency) or MT (the in-game currency). Time will tell if one or both of these cards become meta-changing presences in the mode but expect to see them going for massive amounts at the auction house. It wouldn’t be a shock to see both going for something close to 1 million MT NBA 2k20.
